We want you to know all the relevant information needed to make a reservation with us:

Your reservation will be confirmed once payment (bank transfer, deposit, or credit/debit card charge) is made, equivalent to one night's stay.
No charge will be applied for cancellations made 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check-out is by 11am. If your room is available early, you will be admitted at no additional cost.
By confirming your reservation at Hotel Las Mariposas, you agree to be fully responsible for the payment of your bill, including the loss or misplacement of items in the room, damage caused by improper use of the facilities, repairs resulting from abuse and/or misuse of electrical equipment, etc.
The room rate includes breakfast and unfortunately no refund can be issued if breakfast is not required.
Children over twelve years old are welcome.
We regret to inform you that you cannot stay with your pet.

Your provisional reservation will be valid for 24 hours from the date and time of the initial request. Once payment for 1 night's stay has been received you will receive your reservation confirmation. After 24 hours have elapsed without payment, you will need to check availability again.
In the event of a no-show without prior notification, the full amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card.
Reasons for cancellation are the sole responsibility of the person making the reservation. Hotel Las Mariposas is not responsible for any circumstances that prevent timely arrival or use of the requested accommodations.
