  • What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport? We recommend taking the airport shuttle; you can purchase your ticket at the airport. Shared transport is MXN$120 / US$7 per person, private transport is MXN$450 / US$26 for 1-5 people.
  • What is the best way to get from the first-class ADO bus station to the hotel?You can walk (approximately 5-10 minutes), or take a taxi for about US$4.
  • What is the latest check-in time? Our check-in time is 3:00 PM, but otherwise you can check in when the room is ready.
  • Do the rates include food?
    All rates include a light breakfast consisting of coffee, tea, milk, bread, and cereal, which you can enjoy in the main courtyard.
  • Are there other breakfast options available at the hotel?
    At this time, we are not offering any additional options beyond our current breakfast offerings.
  • Do you have a restaurant?
    We do not have our own restaurant, but we are located in a prime area where you can find a variety of food and drink establishments. At the hotel reception, you can enquire about restaurants that will offer discounts if you mention that you are a guest of Hotel Las Mariposas.
  • Is smoking allowed on the premises?
    We regret to inform you that smoking is prohibited by law throughout the hotel.
  • What benefits do I get when booking directly with the hotel?
    You will receive a better rate and discounts on extended stays.
  • Does the hotel have an iron?
    Yes, you can request one at reception.
  • Does the hotel have a hairdryer?
    Yes, you can request one at reception.
  • Does the hotel have coffee makers?
    Coffee makers at the hotel are subject to availability, so we recommend checking with reception.
  • Is there parking?
    The nearest parking is located around the corner from the hotel and is open 24 hours a day.
  • What are check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
  • Does the rate include taxes?
    Yes, our rates include all taxes.
  • What are the payment methods?
    You can pay your reservation in cash (pesos, USD, and euros), credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your reservation without additional charges up to 24 hours before check-in. During peak season, cancellations or modifications to reservations that result in fewer nights than the original reservation are not accepted.   • Do you offer luggage storage before or after check-in and check-out? Is there a fee?
    We'll gladly store your luggage free of charge!
  • What happens if someone else joins the reservation at the last minute?
    We recommend checking first about adding an additional person to your reservation. If possible, an additional fee will apply.
  • Do you offer a laundry service?
    We don't currently offer it, but the nearest laundromat with delivery service is located three blocks from the hotel.
  • Is there a gym on the premises?
    Unfortunately, we don't offer this service, but the closest one is located two blocks away. If you need assistance, we'll be happy to assist.
